2026 Culture Nuri Card (Integrated Culture Voucher)
What is the Culture Nuri Card?
It is an integrated culture voucher supporting cultural arts, domestic travel, and sports activities for basic livelihood security recipients and the near-poor to improve their quality of life and narrow the cultural gap.
Main Benefits and Where to Use
- 130,000 KRW supported per person annually (subject to change depending on the annual budget)
- Can be used for payments at online and offline affiliated stores related to cultural arts, tourism, and sports nationwide
- Movie tickets, book purchases, music site payments, theme park tickets, train reservations (KTX), accommodations, etc.
Card issuance applications start early every year, and the balance must be used by December 31st of the issued year. Unused balances are not carried over but automatically returned to the national treasury.
